Nurse Pathway Australia – Terms & Conditions

1. About Us
Nurse Pathway Australia (NPA) is operated by Global Professional Recruitment (GPR), an established Australian healthcare recruitment company.
We provide educational guidance and support services to international nurses seeking to work in Australia. Our services include information about AHPRA and ANMAC processes, visa education, and career preparation.
Important: NPA is not a migration agent or a law firm and does not provide immigration or legal advice. For case-specific visa matters, you should consult a registered migration agent.

2. What You Get
When you join NPA, you gain access to:

Guidance for AHPRA and ANMAC registration steps.

Education on Australian visa options.

Career guidance, including resume tips, interview preparation, and potential job matching via GPR’s employer network.

Relocation and settlement guidance.

We provide guidance and support. We cannot guarantee outcomes such as AHPRA approval, ANMAC approval, visa grant, or a job offer. Your success will depend on your own qualifications, effort, and circumstances outside our control.

​3. Payments & Membership
NPA is offered as either:

Monthly Payment Plan: £98/month for 12 months, billed every 30 days via Stripe; or
-
Upfront Payment: £1,176 (equivalent to 12 months) payable upon request.​
​
All prices are in GBP (£). Bank charges or exchange rates applied by your provider are outside our control.
By selecting the monthly plan, you authorise recurring monthly charges until cancellation under these Terms.

Cancelling
You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ notice by emailing info@nursepathwayaustralia.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle following notice.If you paid upfront, your membership will remain active until the 12-month term ends. Refunds are not provided for unused time unless required by law.

Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer partial refunds for unused months or early cancellations on prepaid memberships.

4. Your Responsibilities
By using NPA, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when registering or submitting documents.

Use NPA resources only for your own professional development (not for resale or sharing).

Understand that outcomes rely on your own progress and decisions, not just our support.

5. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy.

We collect and store your details only to deliver NPA services.

By joining, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where relevant, UK GDPR.

We never sell your personal data.

6. Liability

NPA provides educational support. We are not responsible for the decisions of AHPRA, ANMAC, the Department of Home Affairs, or employers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NPA and GPR are not liable for losses relating to registration outcomes, visa refusals, or employment results.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By joining NPA, you agree that any disputes will be handled under Queensland jurisdiction.

8. Updates
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. If we make significant updates, we will let members know by email.
Continued use of NPA services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
